Refund policy

At Make Every Lesson Impactful (MELI), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and unworn  
- Be in the same condition that you received it  
- Have original tags attached  
- Be in the original packaging  

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Final sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Undergarments or intimate apparel (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
